Karen was not wrong. I just called and here is how my phone call went.

NL: Catering
Me: I was wondering if you can do catering for large parties
NL: Hello?
Me: I was wondering if you can do catering for large parties possibly 60+
NL Who is this?
Me: Darren
NL: And what business are you affiliated with?
Me: This is for a private family function
NL: Are you related to Karen?
Me: Karen?
NL: Yes Karen just called asking for catering
Me: I am sorry I dont know a Karen
NL: Well what is this regarding?
Me: A wedding event
NL: Check my website.
NL: * Hang Up *

I was willing to put down a deposit because I heard great things. I have a wedding in October.  And needed a caterer so I searched around and found her review on Yelp. So sad. She is so rude and walked away from a customer.
Word of warning, do not call.
